Description

Nike: Women's Free Trainer 7.0.1V Shoe - Altrec.com Product Description:

Aim high with the Nike Women's Free Trainer 7.0.1V Shoe that will give you the support and traction you need while you build your strength and flexibility. Studies suggest that barefoot runners develop stronger feet. Natural motion builds strength, and strength means speed. NikeFree is all about speed. But first you'll need to build your muscles, because NikeFree takes some getting used to. Deep cuts in the outsole mean your feet flex and move the way they would if you were barefoot.

  • Material: mesh and synthetic leather upper
  • Webbing straps attached to laces for secure fit
  • Midfoot overlay for dynamic torsion movement
  • Phylite midsole siped cut with horizontal and vertical flex-grooves
  • Rubber pods inset at Phylite for traction while performing linear and lateral movements

Awesome. Shoes are great, however they do seem to run a bit small, maybe a 1/2 size. They look great while at the gym and also while running errands in town.

Great, comfortable shoes The shoes are so lightweight. They are a wonderful addition to my work outs at the gym. Being cross trainers they also work well on the tennis court. Very, very comfortable.

everything i wanted I crosstrain. much of my workout involves powerlifting. I also run short distances up to 1 mile for speed. these are everything i wanted with the wide base, flexibility, and lightness. so happy! only problem- not for long running for me bc i have overuse fracture in my foot and i can not long distance run on the street in these shoes. i keep my assics for that. alot of nikes run small and narrow at the toe. these shoes do not. very true to size.

Is this Useful? - Yes - No
