Unlike many wall attachment training boards, the Metolius Rock Rings allow complete rotation of the arms and shoulders. The single point suspension allows supination and pronation of your arms and shoulders, which goes a long ways to building upper body strength quickly and effectively. Features a large sloper/jug on top, a deep four-finger incut pocket, one-inch four-finger flat edge, and a three-finger pocket.
