Stop using that moldy old furniture pad!! Absolute best pad of its kind. I used to use a furniture pad that I left in the bed of my truck all the time. It didn't occur to me how nasty it had gotten, always wet or dirty. The Dakine pad is rubberized so bikes slip on and stay in place easily for short shuttles without any straps, but also strap down and don't jiggle a bit for longer trips. Plus the pockets are great for storing straps and small tools. Stop wasting time and get one already!
