Great for all outdoor activities! I love my Windpro Ear band. I use it running, walking, and for work. I spend a lot of time outside. It's really nice to have an ear band that doesn't impair eye sight or hearing.

Great earband for riding This earband is warm,windproof adjustable so there are no gaps,yet I can still comfortably wear my bike helmut over it. No more earaches after the Brooklyn Bridge!
